If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I went in for a meniscus injury. We were not told the actual diagnosis, not shown the x-rays and Dr. Elliot, Daniel Wilson told him he’d be able to walk in 24-48hrs. The injury has not gotten any better and when calling to get an appointment with the referred doctor, we found that he referred us to someone who doesn’t even do what we need. I had a very bad experience at community East. When I was released I was basically almost thrown out. I would like someone to call me so I could talk to them. We were told when I was dropped off that I had was staying there two days. I only thought it was going to be one day. Please call me so I can explain Kelly Hackett I'm sure you want to hear this.
Lindsey in Central Scheduling was exceptionally rude. When I asked if there is sedation with a procedure, she said, "no there isn't. There is no medication given. They give a local. If you're not okay with that, they will cancel you" I called her back to let her know I told the referring office. She responded, "I know, they told me" No apology for her attitude. Great compassion from that one..... Looks like she needs a new job!
Valet service need to learn how to drive. Cut me off right at the entrance almost hit the front of my car. I would never let these clowns park mine.
