The nurses staff was very pleasant and efficient remembered my husband from padt procedures which pleased him and made for a pleasant experience.
Some nurses are great while others seem to lost. The admitting Doc keeps telling that wound care people will come to see me, yet no one has been up to see me since he told me on Monday and again last night. Just want answers about my hand and when I can leave. This is the longest 48 hour observation i have ever been a part of. Even my family Doc was surprised that I was still in the hospital.
This time was too slow. I get it's an ER but man it sucked.. all in all, great nurses, Drs, and staff. I will continue to go back.
Incredible nurses in the maternity ward, so grateful for their dedication, professionalism and kindness.
Everyone is always so helpful and so nice. They make sure I understand everything.. They answer all my questions when I have some. The E. R. Staff are awesome.
Kind&caring staff did not even have to wait that long.....
First of all the wait was 4 hours to look at an eye Very unprofessional couldnt be honest with the patients Tried to play with my intelligents & played mond games Then when I got tired of it I told them a piece of my mind They wanted to get smart with me One of them walked out & slammed the door as I was talking I called the hospital to complain but wasnt able to but Im pretty sure you all are reading this Dr. Shaun was a complete ahole & his assistance Yall better get it together before Fran get it together for yall
Terrible, completely packed..waited for hours for xray results
I didn't wait at all .. my son and I was comfortable the experience was ok being a UIC fan
