Had my surgery Monday the 5th. Everyone at that hospital was awesome. From the moment I checked until I was discharged. Highly recommend!
I want to thank every single nurse that took care of me after my back surgeries.. And Dr. Alvis for helping me after 5 + years of back pain and 4 surgeons saying that they could not help me due to my age... I will forever be grateful for all this hospital did for me and for all the nurses putting up with me and completely making me feel at home and comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you!!! ����
I had surgery there on January 24, 2018 and I have NEVER had such caring people at a hospital as I have at this one. My husband and I both were blown away at how caring every person that we came in contact was. They were on top of the pain too. I would recommend this hospital to anyone! Thank you again for taking such good care of us �
The best hospital I’ve ever been to in my entire life! From the check in process to check out. Everybody was kind and courteous. The doctor and nurses listened to my concerns. Thank you to Dr. McWilliams and the PA Jeff martens!!! And the ultrasound tech. You rock!
This hospital is top notch!! From walking in at 445am and the staff that greets you with a smiling face, to the nurse caring for you!! Each person that I came in contact was so very pleasant and did a wonderful good of taking care of me!! It was the best care I have ever received. Thanks to Dr. Jacob for doing a wonderful job on my new hip!!
I will admit that the staff where all good. But after having a tumor removed from my wrist, they lost it. Thereby not being able to send it to be tested, to see if it is malignant or not. To this date {going on 3 weeks}, they have not notified me of this. Found out from my doctor, when he asked if the hospital had notified me of this problem. Not what I would call good practices!!
I'm very spoiled to my local community hospital in Norman. However, my OB/GYN retired and I had to find a new doctor. The new doctor is in the same building and sent me over to this place for a mammogram. This group has been nothing but fabulous. From the friendly greeting in the door to the need to have images faxed over. To really explain how wonderful they are, I had to miss a follow up appointment but forgot to call, I showed up late to explain and to reschedule.
