RecommendedDr S. Smith and her PA Jenna are amazing, staff friendly and hospital is very clean. I have had the best experience since starting in 2016 at the north location.

RecommendedI have had multiple surgeries and procedures there. The staff is top notch and I always heal faster than expected. They keep you informed and their care is top notch! Dr Roberts for endoscopy and dr mike Alvis is a wonderful neck and back surgeon. If you’re considering any neck or back surgeries I cannot say enough great things about Alvis and his surgical staff as well as the women in his office. Top Notch and always fantastic care. ♥️
I went there years ago for neck surgery due to degenerative joint disease & arthritis in my neck. It never happened, they wouldn't do it. Instead they put me through physical therapy & gave me neck shots that helped only for a short time. Then after all that put me on 2 dangerous drugs, that another doctor wouldn't even refill because of the danger of them he told me about. I take a natural supplement for it, which helps, but not enough & am in constant pain because they refused to do the needed neck surgery. I would not rec... read more

RecommendedDr. Johnson is as amazing surgeon as he is a person. I cannot express enough how much he has done for my family, especially my daughter Kaylin Niemyer. With 2 knee surgeries in 2 years it has been a rough go of it. We have had three surgeries at this location with our family and have been extremely pleased until now. The nurses and staff were amazing. However, I have been back and forth with the billing office for months trying to get them to converse with my doctor's office to correct coding and billing with no luck. The person I talked to in billing refused to give me a supervisor name or transfer me to anyone. They also wouldn't return calls to my doctors office to try to resolve the issues.
