Doctor explained very clearly and detailed everything we should expect from our visit and test. She answered all our questions and concerns. It was an amazing experience and we are very happy we did choose beltone. Also, they had a great discount and helped us with the best price we could have.
Very friendly and personable staff! I learned so much important information about my hearing, and the tests were not stressful or painful. Really designed to create an educational, calming, and comfortable experience for the customer/patient.
I had a hearing test at the Fishers store yesterday. Jennifer was so informative, kind and professional during my time there. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend seeing Jennifer if you have a need to learn more about your hearing issues.
