I needed some paperwork for my insurance company. I was charged $15 for it, which I did not mind paying for. What I did mind, was that she would not let me just come pick it up. I had to make an “appointment,“ just to pick up some papers. They had no appointments for that day In the Avon store, which is closer to my house. Biggest waste of time. December 11 2025 Drove my mother in inclement weather 30 minutes away for hearing aid appointment. Basically was an introduction and a brief cleaning and told my mother she needed a hearing check up and her hearing aids would be adjusted then. So we were to told to make another appointment. We made it later so we would not be driving in bad weather. The appointment was scheduled in January for February 20 at 10:00. When we entered it was as if we were unexpected to a surprise party.
