I went in after the triage nurse advised there will be no wait due to me scheduling online with a nurse. I got there and still had to check in as if I was online, and the receptionist was not welcoming at all. As we try to approach the desk, she pointed to the kiosk and while sitting there she called my name and then I got a text to upload my ID and insurance card.
