This is an awesome clinic and it is a shame and a huge misjustice to the community to shut it down. People tha tive in the North end of the county deserve better than this.It is a burden to people to have to travel to Milton or Jackson St to see aDr. This office is well equiped . sHAME ON whoever made this decision.

Community Health NW Fla aquired what use to be Cantonment Medical Center but after several years of aquiring them, they are now shutting the DOORS April 1st. Now we are being asked to go to Milton.Well, NO! Families have been coming to Cantonment Medical Center for EONS. What a diservice to our community you ended up being by taking our healthcare providers away. You bought that building...keep the doors for healthcare OPEN. Idk if I can put my faith in this place. My husband fiance is trying to get realsed to go back to work as it seems he getting the run around. When all he wants to do is go back to work.

Wow, where do I begin. I made an appointment two months prior for my son to have a dental exam bc they were unable to get him in earlier. I get a call from the automated system and it says to press so and so # to confirm, I press it I confirm. I get another call a-couple minutes later, same thing. I confirm again. A few minutes later, same thing. A few minutes later. Same thing AGAIN. At this point I just don’t answer. Finally, the appointment comes along. We arrive several minutes early. I have been a patient of Dr. Salib, previously OMG I definitely miss her...she was the most caring and passion doctor. the care I have been receiving in the new office with the exception of the front desk and one other person....which is a nurse who works with a different provider.....the other two nurses.
