Went there for the youth program, amazing workers. Best program I’ve ever attended.
I arrived late because the place is very confusing to find parking, pedestrian bridge, correct elevator, etc. I stood in line for a few minutes, spent several more minutes checking in and giving my new insurance information. I was then informed that it was 13 past my appointment time and that I will have to reschedule. I would have made their 10 minute mark if I didn't have to wait in their line. I took the day off of work to be there. I understand they're busy, but my time is important too. I"ll find another ob/gyn.
