Getting ready to transfer even more care away from Community. Doctors seem fine, but their office staff, billing, and insurance liaisons appear to have a lot of turnover, resulting in errors and communication gaps. Too often blame patients for internal issues. When fine, it's fine; when not, seems to be blame the patient...

5 stars for Barb in Data Integrity and Megan who faxed name change for mother on my son's birth certificate to the Marion County vital records - after getting bounced around these two women finally worked the problem so quickly and I was able to walk out with amended copy of birth certificate, same day, in order to make passport appointment in Chicago tomorrow. Not sure they'll ever see this but THANK YOU for your integrity in getting me the help I needed in absence of phone number for birth registrar.

The wait was long but the staff is remarkable. They were all so kind and understanding. Even tho they were busy they didn't make you feel rushed in and out. Tha k you to all the staff.
