Called in to speak with the facility about accepted insurances. When selecting a health insurance plan, it's helpful to know if your doctor will accept and honor your insurance. When calling I got 0 answers and each person I talked to told me they 'can't tell me who they are in network with' and to refer to the insurance company. This seems ridiculous that the provider office doesn't know if they are in network with an insurance carrier or not....

Takilea C. Called me to schedule my GI appointment. She was extremely pleasant, very helpful, and very knowledgeable to all of my questions and I had a lot. I switched to community because I wasnt happy with IU over my last few visits, even though the earliest appointment was far out, she gave me options with 2 physicians and we scheduled it and she added me to a waitlist so whoever had an appointment opening sooner, she could get me in. I don’t recommend community health network hospital when I was 18 year old as I went to medical crisis their nurse have forced me to test and iv and change with gown without my consent on and they have their security guard watch me all night like was prison and this wasn’t first time I have deal with community health network well they try to violate my disability rights at 21 years old at time where they have denied me medical service because they want me bring my parent when I am legal adult without guardianship I understan... read more
