I don't know the name of the dentist that saw me but I have never seen such an irresponsible medical professional. I have 2 very bad teeth and one small cavity. He wouldn't even fill the small cavity. He said the other two would need pulled, very uncaring. I was devastated and terrified. He just referred me to 2 other dentists that didn't even take my insurance. Completely washed his hands of me. He won't take my insurance at his main office, but will only see you at this location. Honestly, I went in here expecting to have a terrible time because of the reviews. I did not get good news, but that is mostly because of what my insurance would cover. Overall, I was in the office for a little over an hour, including the wait time. The dentist came back and took a look, said my insurance didn't cover root canals so I would need extractions. I got a little argumentative about that and he got a little taken back. But we worked through it, and I am happy with the care I received. They referred me to Meadville ... read more
