Honestly, I went in here expecting to have a terrible time because of the reviews. I did not get good news, but that is mostly because of what my insurance would cover. Overall, I was in the office for a little over an hour, including the wait time. The dentist came back and took a look, said my insurance didn't cover root canals so I would need extractions. Horrible service! 1 star for a reason. Find a better dentist office. I will be contacting the supervisor. Unprofessional, rude, unacceptable... they do not care!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is beyond terrible, the dentist assistant are extremely rude. They have put me through a waiting process for over a year and there doing it again instead helping me. I explained to them that the process they put me through last year did not help, I’ve called all these places you recommend and they do not accept my insurance. They made me feel dirty and uncared for about my teeth
This place is very terrible and unprofessional! Staff are very rude and disrespectful I've had 2 cracked teeth since April of last year was suppose to get crowns for them never got it done now I'm sitting here a bad infection and my entire left side of my face is swelled up pretty good and I got to sit here and wait 2 more weeks to get it removed
