Terrible experience overall. The staff had poor attitudes, and the wait times were ridiculous. I received an email reminder to arrive 30 minutes early, only to sit for over 2 hours without being seen. The nurse, Sara Hart, seemed unprepared and unsure of what she was doing most of the time—very unprofessional. Not worth your time or money. Would not recommend.
I don’t mind waiting but when the only time available I have is lunch time from 12 pm -1 pm and I take time out my lunch to come here to get tested I would appreciate it if you can put it on your website that you don’t do testing at the time I basically just wasted my lunch time on nothing so thanks so much for nothing
Left feeling heard about my concerns. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and transparent. Other staff was very helpful and professional as well as kind. I would recommend anyone to come here for their medical needs.
Went here like a few months to get tested. Waiting time was ridiculous. They called for me just to have me wait another hour in a room alone, I fell asleep for a little. I even went to the bathroom down the hall after and saw every nurse in a room nearby with the door open all just chatting and wasting time instead of doing their job. One extra star bc at least the doctor was nice, but I still had no answers to a problem I had.
