This clinic has been a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff consistently come across as unwelcoming and disengaged. There is little warmth, friendliness, or sense of care when interacting with patients, which is concerning for a provider’s office where patient service should be a priority. I have attended several appointments for my children, often scheduling the first appointment of the morning to try to avoid long wait times.
