I just got scammed, they say that won’t prescribe me until the symptoms get worse, I’m in pain and the inflammation in my eye is more than obvious , I try to talk to someone for help but they don’t care , and of course they charge me , so frustrating that I came for help and I left without money and no help
Please for the love of god get better translators. Every time I speak to the front desk I can’t understand them and they can’t pronounce a lot of English words right including my name and I have proof in my voicemail. Although my dr is amazing she listens to what I say and makes sure I have a plan moving forward. They need a new phlebotomist and I made a report with hr because I was left with a hematoma and have pictures of that as well.
