I was not greeted but met with a rude blank stare from the receptionist. She acted like she didn’t want to answer questions and when she did she was condescending about it. Then told me I need to talk to the lady around the corner. She is an Older black women with a fade and glasses. I didn’t get her name nor did she have a name badge on. I cant express how much compassion the employees at this facility have. Angela in particular. I'm in a very complicated situation trying to help out a family member and she has been nothing but kind with the sweetest words. Her and Dr. Eddington are going out of their way, taking time out of their day to try and help me and they will never understand how greatly I appreciate it. Thank you staff.
