I would like to be able to contact the office and for Dr. Thomas to have an extension.
my daughter sees Dr Sotelo and i see Dr Thomas. Both are great drs. However ever since the Tavares office has been incorporated into the call service im liking it a lot less. I wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour to schedule an appointment for my sick daughter. Then i get frustrated from sitting on hold so i hang up. Why cant they give extention numbers for the front desk to schedule appointments??
