They provide very limited services. Extremely hard to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone
Horrible visit! Requested cost estimate ahead of time which was not given, so I could determine whether it was even worth going. Went anyway, arrived early, and two staffers (one a supervisor) plus myself tried to reach billing to answer my question before my appointment time. Each time no-one responded in billing during their regular business hours. Was later told their system was down at that time - in which case it was their responsibility to alert the rest of the company so as to avoid a situation like I and their staff ... read more
Office in Niagara falls is a joke.
I've been going to this place for years. The Dr., even the previous Dr. Brown are awsome in the sense of bedside manners. So are some of the nurses. However the policies of this company are unbelievable. My son's school is around the corner at Abate, 2 minutes away. Today my son had a asthma attack in gym. In gym he was doing push-ups and had his hands on the gym floor. During his asthma attack he was rubbing his eye. When I picked him up the school nurse advised I take him to the Dr office to be seen since his eye was swell... read more
