DO NOT go the community health Dental on hill top Tacoma if you have insurance ! They billed me for having 4 teeth done when I only went for my teeth to be X-Rayed I was told to have my teeth cleaned which I did that was fine but I got a bill for X-Ray and 4 teeth that were done NO teeth were done just The X-Ray I called billings Rana was very nice trying to help me but everyone else could care less ! Yesterday 7/2, I came into the Hilltop Community Dental and had the pleasure of working with Shannon at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me get a referral resent to a different place than the original referral. She rewrote the referral, sent electronically and as well snail mailed it for me. And she even contacted the new referral on the phone to verify receipt and called me to let me know the process. I was having a good day and she made it even better... Thanks Shannon 🙂Â
