The ladies volunteering at the desk were very rude to my husband and I. We have no income or dental insurance and live with a relative. They insisted they could not help us
Went in there embarrassed about my dentition and scared stiff - Rose is an absolutely wonderful person, and told me I was going to be fine and that I should not be embarrassed, especially now that I'm trying to fix the problems. Dr. Wall did a great job at trying to be supportive while I was scared as well as keeping it thorough. Assistant Sam...where do I start...she is just so great - telling me throughout my wisdom tooth extraction what was fixing to happen before it would happen and trying to keep me as calm as possible.... read more
The dentist didn't introduce himself, the assistant asking me to fill out legal forms wouldn't speak to me to answer any questions. After determining my wisdom teeth needed removed, the dentist was short with me when I had questions and didn't seem to care that I was obviously very nervous since I had never had teeth removed before. They numbed my mouth and told me they would be back in 10 minutes. The dentist did not return. I want to thank Dr. Brooks and the staff at Community Free Dental Clinic. I've had 5 teeth pulled today for a total of 7 teeth pulled at the clinic. Everyone is very caring and polite. I definitely recommend the clinic to everyone.
The men and women working in this office are wonderful. I had a wisdom tooth pulled Wednesday and my experience, considering the circumstance, was great. Pam is so sweet and funny, she comforted me when I was scared and made jokes to get my mind off of the procedure. I do however think I have a dry socket. The pain is terrible, almost unbearable.
I don't even know where to begin from the phone call and thru out everyone there was so kind patient caring I thank God for them all they saved my life I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and I'm doing well but it's still so very painful but the Dr did inform me about that due to the awful infection I have I hope that each and everyone of them know just how appreciated they are and how great of a job they're doing for people like me with no where else to go I love � them and would recommend them to everyone who needs denta... read more
