They don't work with you when there's a mistake in the online Bill Pay system. They operate much like a for-profit bank.
Customer service has gone downhill since 2011. The online banking has glitches, ealerts are not notified on time, very disappointed. I have found another credit union that has top notch exceptional customer service and values their customers.
