I've been bringing my child here since he was a newborn. He's going to be three now. It usually takes over an hour to be seen because they have doctors in training. I've always been patient with that. Today I had the worst experience. Went in at 3:45pm hardly any patients and didn't leave until 5:45pm because the rude nurse forgot about us. Not only that but Nurse Barbosa was the most unprofessional, nasty and rude person I've ever met. She treated us so bad I'm taking my child elsewhere. I hope she sees this!!!!
