DO not move here. 13 YEARS I have lived here. Never have I ever had to deal with what is going on now. Used to be RENT BASED ON INCOME, now it seems they forgot how to complete recertification for Federal and State paperwork. Forced move outs and more shady practices. They are getting a new boiler, but it is still raining in my hallway from the A/C. Do not move here.
