They are very helpful resources
Worse place ever. They are slow to help, don't communicate well, oblivious to resources available in the community, and very inexperienced. My son has gone through 4 different caseworker and only 1 was experienced in this line of work. Unfortunately, she moved on to bigger things.
I had a poor experience with communication. The provider was great, but as far as communicating back and forth with the office, CER as a company, was awful. Sometimes they won’t even respond or just stop responding in the middle of a conversation when you need assistance. This happened on multiple occasions and I have been unable to get needed answers or reschedule appointments. I’m very disappointed and feel let down by my care experience from them. You’re better off trying to get help elsewhere. They have a process that seems to breakdown in the middle due to one employee Irma Cabadas. She doesn’t respond to emails, and when caught on the phone, will just outright lie. I sent in the forms to her as requested and got crickets as response. I sought help elsewhere and emailed her to destroy my authorization forms and again crickets.
