The dental team is exceptional! The female head dentist rang to assess me as I had been in so much pain and had no appointment. Next day my tooth was painlessly extracted by Brigita. She with her assistant reassured me all through the procedure. Reception also offer alternatives if you need immediate help. This is a well oiled machine and above all they are patient caring and a pleasure to visit. My fear of dentists has 99.9% gone since going to this establishment!
What a bullshit place, told to come in an pick up paperwork, it was 425 an they had the doors locked there ment to be open till 430. While workers standing looking at me through the glass door..
Very insensitive dental specialist. Very quick to shut me down when I wanted to ask questions about my baby having a tooth extraction because “I’m already here so lets do it”. The biggest disappointment was seeing her pull out my daughter’s tooth intact they removed it claiming it was fractured. She maintained being insensitive when I got upset by asking “why its a big deal because its just a milk tooth”. So heartbreaking 💔
I just had 13 teeth removed at Bendigo. I can’t believe how much care and how gentle they were. I highly recommend the Bendigo dental clinic at the hospital. Thanks guys. Kind regards G.McLeod.
I don’t have enough time to write about how rude and unprofessional this service is. First took my daughter in 2017 and was told she would need dental surgery at some point which they never organised, just told me to ‘keep watching it’ every time I went in there. Come to 2022 and my ASD daughters teeth are rotting away because they’re not doing anything to help them so she is finally booked for a filling and they hold her down while she’s screaming and crying telling her to be quiet while they drill her mouth with no pain re... read more
