Dr. Jackie Chi is incompetent, dishonest, & cruel. She told me I needed $15,000 of periodontal work. I went out of my dental insurance for 2 second opinions (dentist & periodontist). I only needed to save the tooth or remove it (preferred). 3 choices of sedation + a list “what to do” before & after surgery was advised with handouts. Dr. Chi extracted an infected tooth with bone grafting (for future implant) only. Dr. Chi overcharged my co-payment by $650.
