Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

This was an awful experience for me. I went in first with a terrible cavity, with alot of pain. He wrote me a perscription for pain meds and made an appointment for a week latter. I took the perscription in to fill it, and he gave me 3 pills to last for a whole week, AND the pharmacy couldn't fill it because he didn't write a dose on it. They never returned my calls or the pharmacies calls. Then I got my tooth pulled, and was told to take high dose Ibuprofen for pain, I told them I can't take Ibuprofen because of my kidney's... read more
I went there to have a tooth pulled. I was told I had slight infection. when returning home I went online (because of the pain) to see if there was anything i could do. The docs online said i should have been giving antibiodics for the infection! did not get any. Now I think I have dry socket and I keep getting the front desk. the dentist has yet to call me back! I doubt he will... Great table manors but after care sucks! I do not wish any of my friends to this clinic.I have never had a tooth pulled so I am scared as to know... read more
