I felt I got excellent care and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and efficient.
NP Beck was excellent! He was very professional and friendly. He spoke directly to my child and included me. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to the two of us and made sure we understood. We could not have asked for a better provider!!

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) overall lacked professionalism, integrity and I questioned her ability to practice. My daughter and I were informed that she was 4’8 in height. I knew that wasn’t accurate because I’m 5’0 and my daughter is taller than me. I conveyed this information to the NP and she tried two more times. I gather she was guessing because she couldn’t interpret the number.
