Poor service, poor customer service. Had to call two different times on the status of my car. Once to be told it was not done (the final bill showed otherwise). When picking up, was not greeted by employees nor did the employees ask how the vehicle looked or offer to walk around. Also did not mention any details on warranty or care.

i have to say this is the worst chevy site in the nation. It was falling down years ago when i had my van in the shop. The building is a mess. it is a bad image for Spencer and reflects the owners attitude for the area. if taco bell can rebuild this place can to! I cant believe GM has not shut this place down
friendly staff, had the vehicle we were looking for, made the sale happen within a couple of hours
Nate really listened to what I waa looking for in a truck and what I wanted to do with it. He didn't pull any of the nonsense of going back and forth to the manager to try to negotiate another discount. They dealt with me straight and even found more discounts for me after I signed the deal. they are very easy to work with.
