Reached out to a few dealerships telling them not to contact me and that I’m not looking for someone to “sell” me a car as I’ve done my research on what I want. Out of the 5 or so dealerships, this one gave me their contact info and waited for me to reach out to them instead of the persistent calling and pushy-ness of other places. I respect the way these guys do business would buy from them again. Recommend!
Got a message back from the GM after having a problem in the past. The GM advised me that the new Service Manager (Robert) would be in contact with me asap. After about 2 minutes the new Service manager called me and we discussed what had happened and he was very apologetic and nice. The problem has been taken care of and I am satisfied with the outcome. Just got a 2013 Camaro from here...did a test drive and had papers signed and on my way home in less than an hour.�
Monday I had an issue with my Dodge Caravan; the radiator fan would not shut off even with the key in the off position. I had to pull the fuse to get it to shut off to keep from damaging something else. After replacing the fuse the fan would not kick on and the engine began to get hot. I did quite a bit of on-line research prior to shopping for a new vehicle. I found Community Chrysler's prices to be very competitive. When I went to the dealership, I found everyone to be very friendly & helpful. The staff was low pressure, willing to search for what I wanted & patient as I made my decision. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade & good price for the new vehicle. Very comfortable buying experience. Love shopping locally when I can & would recommend Community to others in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Do not buy a car here. Do not get the extra warranty, it's a scam as it will not cover wear items. The truck I bought has a bad rear end. I will fix it with no help from them. Drive a little and skip this dealer.
