I bought my child in for a respiratory infection, he told me she would be fine and sent us home. I didn't agree with his opinion so I took her to Christopher Borchert and she had to be put on an antibiotic, steroids, and breathing treatments. Also would not listen to her about her throat and she had to have a tonsils removed it was so bad 2 months later.
On three different occasions I have had to be seen by a provider at this location and EVERY time the wait time was ridiculous BUT the biggest issue was lack of HIPPA as I could here the provider discuss EVERY minute detail of the patient in the other room like they were sitting right beside me. Absolutely no privacy and some of the diagnoses of the patients in the other room were not what you would want someone to hear.
First time here and loved the staff and doctor they made me and my son feel very comfortable
Staff are very caring and great. Everyone is nice here. Quick visit. Would recommend to anyone. Clean facility.
