I called several times to resolve an outstanding bill for which I was billed for 1.5 YEARS LATER for almost $150 more than my copay for a regular visit. The PARMC billing office continued to pass the buck on who can explain to me the difference between a Level 3 and Level 4 office visit, and I left several messages for Dr. Wallach to resolve as well.
