2 years ago we purchased a new roof and siding from this company. The siding job was fine, but to this day the roof still leaks even after multiple attempts of them "fixing" it. Now they won't even call me back, let alone attempt any more repairs. Monday I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and probably my attorney.
Recently got windows and siding done to our Piedmont house that was built in 1922. Working on old houses is challenging but Tod did a remarkable job. The old house still has the appeal of the historical look, but with a new facelift. Very happy with the job and the people, from purchase to completion.
Honest professional sales men, good quality products. I highly recommend this company.
I called to ask for a quote on new windows. I was asked if there were other people who owned our home? Weird question so I asked her to clarify - she said do you have a spouse. Again, another weird question to ask for getting quotes, I told her yes and she said my spouse would HAVE to be there for them to give me a quote. When I said that wouldn't be able to happen on the day we were talking about getting the quote she said good luck and hung up on me. When my husband scheduled the appt he told them I'd be home to discuss and get a quote. The guys showed up 30 mins early, called me. I advised I was on the way but my sister would give them access to do the measurements (in order to get started). They left 5 mins before I was home (15 mins before our appt time) since my husband wasn't able to be there. Called them to come give estimate for metal roofing to replace leaking shingle roof. Scheduled specific day and time and the salesman was 5 mins early. Work was scheduled to start in about 30 days; however, due to roof leaking, they called and scheduled work to start in about 7 days. Now, less than 2 weeks from initial signup, the final touches are being applied to my new roof. Another crew is coming in to do the gutters, but leaking roof is replaced and new metal roof looks fantastic.
