I just called to schedule an appointment, the representative by the name of *Kevin* answered the phone around 6:45 AM. He was unprofessional, rude, impatient then claimed my phone went "in and out". When I requested a manager as well as the next representative on call magically he could hear me just fine. He sounded under the influence or tired. I'm disappointed at CBH for allowing Beacon Point to milk funding. They take in those they assume to be homeless and than wait 4-5 weeks before getting them recovery /sober living placement. They than put in for extensions that way they get more funding. Guys sit there, no rec, no visits, phones are used after 6 pm thereby blocking clients from taking care of any personal business. It's worst than prison....someone has to step up n make difference.
