If I could rate People's Bank 0 stars, I would. Worst banking experience. Every time you travel, they freeze your card after 48 hours regardless if you've let them know your travel plans and dates. My family has banked with People's Bank for over 20 years and we've had issues the entire time. My mom enjoyed it for the convenience but she's finally at wits end. Banking today has so many options and can be so easy - why put up with it. And don't worry - no one at People's will apologize for their mistakes either or even bother... read more
