The guy was so nice and cleaned up really well but my trees are completely ruined. I had two beautiful, mature flowering trees on the side of my property and now they look absolutely horrible. I was just looking for a trim and the shape doesn't even resemble what a tree is supposed took like and is now permanently altered. Brian provided a great overview of the trees in our yard and educated us on how to care for them. He was insightful, timely, reasonable. We Highly recommend his services for not only specific issues but for an expert view on all your plantings. His services should be part of a periodic check up!
I called Brian on a Tuesday. By Saturday, I had a quote with detailed information in my mailbox. Brian recommended against work at the moment for the safety of the tree. I was really impressed with the quick response time and detailed information addressing all the concerns from my voicemail, especially given the recommendation to not do work now.
