Billing company is overseas and impossible to work with. Not impressed.
Billing communication is impossible. The off shore call center did not have a script for my attorney information, nor were they able to help with a payment. The heavy accent broken English gives you a very weary feeling about sharing personal information with a call center you know has absolutely no ties to an ambulance service. The next call after me was probably for dishwashers. Still trying to iron out, money in hand, on top of everything they are threatening my credit. HELP!!!

RecommendedMy experience was fantastic!! I haven't donated blood in decades because the 1st time I did, it didn't go well and I was a scared chicken. Having Alicia be our tech today was the best thing. she put me at ease, talked me through my fears, was so friendly, fun, professional, gentle and explained everything. I left thinking wow......I can't wait, until next time and how silly I was to have felt all that anxiety for all those years. THANKS, ALICIA - you were AWESOME today. :)

My roommate called 911 over the holiday's for me, as I had fallen thru a shower door. Sadly (or maybe not) I recall none of it. I was having issues trying to get my medical records, and the manager Brian responded immediately to my request and solved the issue. Wonderful follow up. Great company!! They do so much for the community outside of their duty. I wish all of our local businesses could give back to the community like they do.
Like all ambulance they are just money hungry don't care about you one but it all about the money I asked to get a reduced bill due to my employer not paying it they said no pay us then hire a Laywer and go after your employer not OK we won't bill you till you settle just pay us. Screw you community ambulance call yourself screw the community ambulance
