I don't recommend working here if your looking to grow in your career or if your looking for 40 hours. A set schedule, good income source, sanity, respect, incentives. They over work you, under pay you. No communication, guidance, or clear way of doing anything including training. You don't get trained you get told by someone how they do something if they do, then your expected to sign that you were trained. It's not ok. Not a reputable agency at all. They strongly believe in retaining incompetent DSP while pushing out experienced ones. This even applies to other positions as well. There are a few good people within the agency that go underappreciated. Zero quality control.
