It’s a great service as long as you don’t mind using filthy dirty vehicles, have no particular time to be somewhere, or need to contact customer service. I’m giving 2 stars because the flex cars are handy if you just need to get from one place to another within the flex range in lass than an hour. Otherwise, it’s honestly more economical to use a cab or Uber. I get a better long distance rate through my employer with rental vehicles The customer service is absolutely useless. Worst customer service even from managers there. They have faulty cars. For me, the key got stuck in the ignition and after I reported it and also brought it back to the vehicle station, they expected me to wait however long it takes till they send help. Of course I don’t have that time I had to leave after doing everything I could! Then they charged me a $46 abandonment fee! And won’t even waive that after being with them for years! Management refuses to talk to me on the phone to discuss something as humans. I was swindled into a plan after being a loyal customer for years and now have to pay $30/mo for a service I do not use. I bought a car, tried to cancel my plan and was sold a new one. Very lame. I want my 12 months worth of $30 back plz.
