I booked a vehicle for two hours. During the reservation I realized I wouldn’t need it for the full two hours and modified it to bring it back in under an hour. I was still charged for the full two hours even though I used it for less than one. I then called customer service and received confirmation that someone else could have in fact also booked my vehicle after returning it early and the company would be received payment from both customers. An absolute scam of a company.
Reaz was such a good help today I really enjoyed my call. He was fast efficient and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Highly recommend.
I was leery of joining Communauto, partly because of the negative reviews. We've been members for about 2 years now and it works wonderfully for us. I've had to call customer service twice and had no trouble getting through and they were really helpful. Thumbs up from me.
Was an excellent service at first but slowly over the years it's getting worse, cars are left absolutely filthy (sand, garbage wrappers everything covered in sticky stains, always a big disappoint there when you unlock your vehicle to go on a trip just to find it a dirty sticky embarrassing mess that has not been cleaned in months other then that prices in 2026 have increased so much i'm not sure ill keep the service they also will add random extra fees to old ended trips days later with no email or clarification why, i trie... read more
