I guess the people that this company rents cars too rules don't apply or they couldn't read it
Ridiculous, even though I deleted it my still getting charged full my damage protection plan every month and when I called the customer service they said it's a contract you have to pay it for whole year
They never pick up the phone, and they charged me extra because I didn’t contact them on time. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Their customer support team sucks. Left me stranded. Offered no support, credit, etc. Thanks for the push, so now I’ll buy a car.
