They never pick up the phone, and they charged me extra because I didn’t contact them on time. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Their customer support team sucks. Left me stranded. Offered no support, credit, etc. Thanks for the push, so now I’ll buy a car.
If there was an option for zero star, i would have given you guys zero. Completely disappointed with the service and the customer service. First of all, we have to wait for more than half hour to reach to the client and even if you reached them they are not gonna provide you with the best solution. We were late for 30 mins and we tried to contact customer support, couldn’t reach them. It was all because of unusual heavy traffic. And they didn’t even wave the amount a little bit.
