Worst customer service ever. They know their customers are often people who can’t afford to buy a car. That’s why they’re not customer-friendly. My story: We were stuck in traffic due to a fire accident. We were just one minute away from the parking lot with still 15 minutes left in our trip. But the road was completely blocked.
