Disrespectful people who work here never answer the phone for tenants who are calling about questions or have concerns or even have maintenance emergencies that the maintenance refuse to repair. There are smells of dead rats and roaches everywhere. Not enough trash cans for all of the tenants trashso it just gets piled up on the ground rats and roaches everywhere. The patients that live at Hope House call the cops on the nurses and get the cops called on them by the nurses about to three times a week.

Cpg is awesome, when you think there isn't people out there who don't understand that life gets in the way commonwealth property group does understand. Building a relationship with them was a blessing.

My sister in law has lived on one of their properties for over three years and has never had any issues and is always recommending them to me and once I move to Virginia I will look through them first before anyone else ... great job cpg
