It was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman (Freddie Richardson) was awesome.
I usually hate car shopping, I hate spending hours trying to negotiate a deal. The sales manager Mark and Salesman Chris were amazing. Very attentive and willing to meet all my needs when it came to getting my beetle convertible. If you are looking for a new Volkswagen these are your guys!
I wasn't planning on buying a Nissan, I first went to Kia and Chevy across the street and no one came outside to assist me. So Me and my husband decided to go across the street to ford and saw the Nissan dealership and I decided to go to Nissan before ford. This is my 6 purchase of new car. And this is the most awesome and relax experience to purchasing new car. Thank you Bo (car sales) and Fred (finance) for making this transaction so smooth and so relax. As you know when purchasing new car when go in the room doing finance is ugly sometimes trust me been purchase new car in the past. Great customer service. The service advisor Ryan was just friendly, helpful and explained everything very well. He really made me feel welcomed. As long as he is there I will return. He charged me fair and explained to me all the charges. I cannot be more happy.
