I was able to ride right into the service center when it was raining out on a Saturday morning and the service advisors were ready to receive me and they were efficient with processing my information. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was able to relax and enjoy a movie in their waiting area along with some free coffee and cookies. This was a comfortable and enjoyable experience all around.
I've given Commonwealth Honda a "Great" review because of their fast work and excellent customer service. I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. Buddy greeted me with a friendly welcome, and he noticed right away that my sticker was expired. My wife and I had a very good experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda. The sales people,Tyler Reed and Daniel Young in particular, spent time explaining all the options including leasing and buying. After careful consideration we bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I recently purchased my first car from Honda Commonwealth. I was very nervous since this was not only my first time buying a car but of the common perception of dealing with car salesmen. Commonwealth Honda is a great place to buy a new Honda. They are very patient & polite. They actually did have the best price, so their Shop Us Last motto is very true. I have now purchased two new Hondas from them and both experiences have been very good ones.
I went in for an oil change in my car without an appointment. They were extremely busy, but they delivered the car within the promised time. Extremely courteous staff - would use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
Had my inspection performed today and the Nissan team was just great. There's never a wait and no hassles. I had made an appointment and he told me that I don't have to make appointments. I hadn't even gone to your dealership before November and I think I'm going to change from my other dealership. Thanks!
I went to Commonwealth Honda to get a remote starter installed to get ready for the cold weather. I bought my car from them, so I knew it would be a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my remote starter. I will definitely go back to Commonwealth if I get anything else done to my car.
