I buy all of my cars from commonwealth because of their excellent service, fair pricing and massive selection of 5 brands, even though i live over 50 miles away. the starter went on my silverado and George, the service manager had the truck towed all the way from home at no cost to me, diagnosed and fixed on the SAME day! First of all they don't even deserve 1 star. I went in looking to buy a truck. We picked one out, they had me sign some papers and fill out a check to hold the truck. I clearly asked them, you're not going to cash it? They said no, either way why would they cash it if I haven't bought anything. I made it clear that the decision wasn't final. I recently had a phone conversation with Laurie Ouellette from your Chevy parts department she was so pleasant!
I was in on Saturday, February 29th for an oil change. Place was hopping. When I got inside I had the valet Eric come over to my car and explain to me that he was going to do a walk around to help out the service advisors to move things along. After a couple minutes he came by to update me that they were moving as fast as they could and they would get to me soon as they can. He was very pleasant to deal with.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked at multiple dealerships and my encounter with this one was horrible. First off I brought in my car for a trade and they told me all I could get was 4,000. They told me the car was worth nothing because it had been claimed total due to past accident. Come to find out it was then sold for 13,000 dollars.
