This is the second VW we've purchased from Commonwealth VW. Very happy with the dealership. Sales and finance staff are very considerate and accommodating. Got a great offer for our trade and the purchase was easy. Our past experiences with the service department have been very satisfying. Went in looking for a car but unfortunately it was sold the day prior. Met Mr Peterson and was pleased with the help he provided making the overall car buying experience very easy. He was great to work with an understood what I came in to see told me it was sold but offered to show me something that was just as good and he was right. I love going to Commonwealth for my service. They take care of me right away, greet me with a smile and do their utmost best to avoid long customer wait times. I also love the free oil change benefit after 5 paid oil changes. I didn't even mention yet the nice waiting room with coffee, cookies and movies. What a great place for car service!
