I recently visited Commonwealth Honda and was exceedingly surprised with my experience. I worked with Braham and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I took delivery of a brand new Accord Sport 2 days after I signed, score! From the beginning to end, Braham has done what he was supposed to do, ensuring great service. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my next car as their deals were favorable.
I highly recommend this dealer. The sales person, Joel Cartegena, made this an enjoyable experience. He was great! Very customer focused. Understood our needs. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
Jose Ferreira did a great job of finding the car I wanted and putting a great package together. He answered all of my questions. The vehicle delivery was fantastic. Benny went through all the vehicle features and explained everything. Marshall did a great job explaining the lease package.
If I could rate this dealership with no stars I would. Awful service, pushed around, false promises, and stolen money.
My husband and I had been visiting several dealerships before deciding on a 2015 Nissan Rouge. It was my 3rd time visiting this dealer the past 9 months for service and maintenance for my Nissan Rogue. I recently had my 2013 Honda Odyssey serviced at Commonwealth Motors and was very pleased with the experience. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in 40 minutes and at a competitive price. Commonwealth’s waiting area was large, clean and well stocked with coffee and donuts. The service personal I dealt with both knowledgeable and courteous. . Overall my experience of having my Odyssey serviced at Commonwealth Motors was excellent and I highly recommend them.
