The employees that work are Commonwealth Motors are great people. We bought another Kia Soul and they make the sales process quick and easy to go through making sure we had exactly what we wanted.
Worst service after the sale ever. Bought a 2012 Impala. Had to leave over the weekend for emmissions issue for a sticker. Car had 32,431 on Friday. People clef up Monday with 33,055. Left it with a full tank. Picked it up with an empty tank. Refused to fill after numerous calls and emails. Had me driving around Lawrence to a closed gas station and then told me to follow them to Andover, I told them forget it, I don't have all day to do something that should have been done already. My husband and I bought a used Toyota Prius from this dealership and we love the car. Everyone at the dealership was streight forward, upfront and honest. As well as patient with my husbands stories, especially our salesperson Cassie Aguiar! We will go back to them for our next car.
Worst experience. Felt very pressured, and I caved to that pressure. Didn't have a good customer experience, still get phone calls and emails from them even though I've made constant requests to remove my info. I went to another dealership I've dealt with before and no issues. I won't shop them last and no I didn't love them.
Great experience with Commonwealth Motors I bought a new Civic to replace my older one. I look forward to many, many years with my new car.
