overall i would say this was a very good experience. Paul M was friendly and helpful. He also used a variety of methods, email, text, cell and landlines to keep me abreast of developments. His followup sevices were excellent. He checked in after the sale to make sure i was satisfied. Andrew, the finance guy, took the time to explain aspects of the financing of the vehicle to my wife. I recently purchased a VW for the third time from Commonwealth VW. The reason I went back was because of their service and their new car inventory. The inventory is huge and their sales staff really knows every car they have. The result is they can pick the best car to meet the combination of your desires and your budget. But that is not the full story. The service department is the best I have worked with. It's one of those critical things that makes this dealer different.
