Hi. The staff was very professional and extremely polite. But I took a stress test on 5/15/26 and the results are still not available. Today is 5/24/26. The test was very painful. I have a bad hip and reclining in a chair is uncomfortable. If they lost the test, I will NOT be going back for more.
Everyone was so nice, accommodating and very efficient.
Waited over an hour AFTER being called from the waiting room. Absolutely disrepectful facility with no consideration for other peoples time. Had to leave since I no longer had time to complete the stress test and I'm told it will take up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS to process the refund for the procedure they didn't do.
Today my husband needed 2 MRIs and Catherine, the tech, was wonderful. She made it comfortable and was very kind. The phlebotomy, Kathleen, (I think) was also amazingly nice, running back and forth to different fax machined while we waited for Dr's orders to come come.over.
No help my mom 95 and had to bring my handicapped daughter with me,took halve hour to check in,no help and women are cranky why schedule people for test that you cant accommodate, insurance should know
