Excellent place. Was referred to them by my regular eye doctor and they took GREAT care of me for 2 months straight. Dr. Douglas is the BEST.....
Commonwealth Eye Care is a very warm, family oriented place to visit. They greet you coming in and leaving. The doctors are wonderful and take pride in patient care. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Where should I start! I've been canceled and rescheduled twice. When I got to the ridgfield location I had an appt for 10:30 and it's now 11:40 and still waiting. I had to ask the front desk what was taking so long bc they weren't being proactive. This location is extremely understaffed and running behind over an hour now. I heard patients complaining about the staffing while I was waiting. The place works but customer service isn't there.
