Unbelievably horrible experience. Our normal doctor referred us to this group as she was out of the office yesterday, and my daughter had a possible cut or scratched cornea. We had a 2:10 appointment, and I even brought all the new patient paperwork already completed to prevent any wait. We sat 35 minutes in the lobby... Dr. Diehl (I’m assuming it was her as she never introduced herself) finally came in at 3:47! Yes, I looked at my watch. She was in for less than 5 minutes. Horrible business my MOM was seeing Dr. Jon Noble, he was rude even laughing at my mom because she could not hear him, he was too busy joking with the asst. , they never explained her diagnosis to me only that she needed drops for eye pressure? Not as wonderful as I read here. They didn't offer sunglasses when I left, I had to go back and ask for them. The nicest staff person was the Rayna. Doctor was nice but was a bit too brief for my liking. It was recommended by my regular doctor who happens to be on their staff too.
My boyfriend had cataract surgery with Dr Iurno and had excellent results. The entire staff was kind and helpful.
