Total paid bill in April. They continue 3 months later to debit $50 a month. Called the billing department and they say it is paid off. But the CC clearly states the money is going to them. Refused to get a supervisor and refused to research the transaction number. Just said it is marked as paid over and over. To our, then why is it debited under Commonwealth Anesthesia $50 every month? Guy was either too dense or too combative to listen.
They have always been responsive and worked out a payment plan, the anesthesiologist Alayna was amazing and made a huge impact in the healthy delivery of my daughter!
Received a bill from them over 2 years after surgery and after paying them their initial bill. Their predatory billing habits should be illegal.
Not helpful billing department, idiots billed the wrong insurance. Will not help with correcting. I do not recommend this place.
