you people need to LOSE the "pioneer Guy" it looks more like a homeless Hobo...it is doing nothing for your image in my opinion, it almost says....old tyme doc holiday stuff practiced here.....push new technology for the younger people...and the newer parts of your facility.......
Well, I'm going into hour three of waiting in the ER. I could deal with it better if the app for the average wait time wasn't so misleading. It said 24 minutes. If the app was more honest, I would have drove to another hospital ER further away that has faster response times. When I asked an employee about it, they said, "I don't know anything about that." If you have people who are using this tool as a guide for treatment, it should be accurate.
The new computer system is a EPIC failure.........
I have been here for 5 days and have had the best nurses, doctors, and cna/pct's. Though I was in a lot of pain everyone was super helpful and informative. I appreciate them greatly.
