this is the pettiest apartment complex of all time. I made a maintenance request a week before my lease ended to fix up a paint chip in my room. they charged me $75 for a move out fee. Never met a company that does that. Charged me $50 for a dishwasher that they failed to fix 4 times too.

Worst Apartment EVER. First off, I paid almost $1,500/month for a crappy, cockroach-filled complex and parking in an old, musty garage. The staff is not very kind and did not address issues promptly or efficiently. Water leaked into our apartment every time it rained, and we submitted 3 maintenance requests, but it was never fixed, even when they "came to fix it." They give you an apartment that’s in shambles and then whack you with fines if it’s not perfect at the end of year. So glad to be gone.

These people take advantage of students. Expect to pay An extra $150+ for utilities and you better leave your room spotless or they will make you pay through the nose. They will make it seem like you have to sign a lease early at full price but it always gets marked down. Just live in a regular apartment
