DONT LIVE HERE. i choose this place because it was the cheapest near campus but i wish i wouldnt have. I got moved into the wrong apartment with only 1 working bathroom and had to move all my stuff to the right apartment on a random Wednesday once school had already began. First night i slept in the new place, i was covered in bed bug bites. I didn't have a beg bug problem at the wrong apartment they placed me at and i literally moved all my stuff in the same day, down the street. So my stuff did not have the bed bugs but th... read more
Great place to live, really close to campus. The leasing office is super friendly and will do everything in there power to help you fast and efficiently!
great location but very slow to fix issues/address maintenance concerns. staff is friendly but lacking in communication.
Terrible management. Random fees being added constantly with no reminder what so ever. So late fees will be added on top of them and then you have to pay double. Having to pay a full month’s rent and then won’t let you move in until the middle of the month is terrible management. Would not recommend dealing with the management here. Customer service was not terrible and the living conditions were okay. But everything else makes it unbearable
