I wouldnt recommend this complex. Overpriced for what you get and apartments are not maintained. Due to the overpopulation at UTK, places like this are taking advantage of students/parents.
Horrible apartments. Roach infestations, never would ever recommend someone live here especially for the rate. Management doesn’t care about you either. Maintenance doesn’t fix a thing and the dude who would come smelled horrible. Save your money find somewhere else.
Garbage place to live. There is black mold everywhere, things are constantly breaking. There is a leak in our ceiling which we tried to get fixed and they came and vacuumed the water out and it started leaking a week later. You can get as much roach motels and raid as you want and it still won’t be enough to get rid of the cockroach’s everywhere. They also overcharge the hell out of you for what really should be about a 400$ a month apartment. Don’t live here if you don’t have to!
The staff is always extremely helpful and happy to assist with any problems. Prices are also pretty good for the area. They also have various locations that work for various needs.
I’ve been living at the commons for the past 5 months. There have been no issues so far and the quality of our apartment is great! Maintenance always comes quick if there are any issues. The rent of the apartment is a great price for the outcome of the apartment!
